Development of an Innovative Agricultural Implement

The aim of the project carried out by Volant company is to develop from scratch an intelligent agricultural aggregate based on proprietary design and control solutions. As our company is one of the leaders in the industry in the production of modern machinery for agriculture, we have recognized the need to introduce a solution that directly responds to the needs reported by end-users, i.e. farmers and large commercial companies.

As a result of the work, a 1:1 demonstrative version of a cultivator and a seed drill aggregate will be developed, designed for both simultaneous soil preparation for sowing and seed sowing.

The machine will be intended for work using both traditional and simplified cultivation technology and with the use of various types of soil. It will be equipped with a range of innovative solutions, including an automatic system that will maintain a consistent, set depth of tillage by the tines and an innovative control system for additional units. The essence of the machine will be the use of electronic control systems in the aggregates, responsible for the quality of the maintenance process along with monitoring the entire process (e.g. soil pH).

This system will be able to control the work of the mounted sowing units and the work of the automatic unit ensuring high accuracy of maintaining the set depth of the placement of the discs in the soil. This will allow for an increase in the working speed of the aggregate and, consequently, achieve high efficiency.
